Ahmed Fouad Zoghbeir
Founding Partner · Head of Litigation · Mansoura Branch Manager
Ahmed Fouad Zoghbeir is a Founding Partner, Head of Litigation, and Manager of the Firm’s Mansoura Branch. He oversees the Firm’s cases and disputes before the Egyptian courts, representing clients at every stage of litigation. He supervises the preparation of lawsuits, memoranda, and appeal and cassation pleadings, and follows cases from oral advocacy through to enforcement.
In managing disputes, he places emphasis on a thorough study of each file, a clear strategy from the outset, and close follow-through until judgment is issued and enforced. Alongside his courtroom work and his management of the Mansoura Branch, he has managed a number of law firms, which has given him experience in organizing legal practice and managing files and teams.
He graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law at Al-Azhar University in Tanta and is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. He is also a Master’s researcher at Mansoura University.
Abdelrahman Khaled Abdelsalam
Founding Partner · Head of Corporate · Cairo Branch Manager
Abdelrahman Khaled Abdelsalam is a Founding Partner, Head of the Corporate Department, and Manager of the Firm’s Cairo Branch. He provides legal consultations to companies and business owners on corporate and commercial matters, with a practice centered on corporate law, commercial contracts and arbitration.
He is known for pairing rigorous legal analysis with a practical understanding of the business behind each matter. He drafts and reviews the contracts and corporate documents that underpin his clients’ operations and investments, delivering legal solutions that are precise and commercially workable.
His litigation background gives his corporate practice a distinct edge. Having represented clients in civil, commercial and criminal disputes before the Egyptian courts, and overseen enforcement proceedings from asset tracing and attachments to settlement negotiations, he anticipates how a contract or transaction will hold up if it is ever disputed, and drafts accordingly.
Abdelrahman holds an LL.B. in Law and Islamic Shariah (English Section) from Al-Azhar University and a Master’s degree in Law and Economic and Financial Sciences from Mansoura University, and completed the Law Summer School in International and Comparative Law at The Hague Academy of International Law (2023). A member of the Egyptian Bar Association, he is fluent in Arabic and English. He has competed in, coached and judged moot court competitions, including the Jessup and Nuremberg. In 2025, he led the Mansoura University team at the Nuremberg competition in Germany, the only Arab team to take part, to 2nd Best Memorials and an 8th-place worldwide ranking.
Sajjad bin Saeed Al-Suraij
Executive Director · Associate Member, Saudi Bar Association
Sajjad bin Saeed Al-Suraij is the Executive Director of the Firm and an associate member of the Saudi Bar Association. He oversees the Firm’s staff and administrative operations, including day-to-day workflow, the allocation and monitoring of team tasks, internal policies and procedures, financial and administrative affairs, and coordination with clients and external parties. His career combines legal expertise with executive leadership at board level, as a board member of Madar Al-Rowad Company, Khotowat Al-Khaleej Company and Al-Suraij Trading Establishment.
He began his legal studies at the College of Law at King Faisal University and completed them at the Faculty of Law at Mansoura University. He has completed a number of specialized legal courses, most notably Body Language and Criminal Psychology, Litigation Procedures before the Board of Grievances, and Administrative Investigation. He has also trained at several law firms in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, giving him first-hand exposure to legal practice in both countries. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
